What to expect on a Supertravel Ski chalet holiday
Your home in the Alps
Our chalets are situated in the best locations in the premier resorts in the Alps. Each resort has a fantastic snow record, excellent lift system and amazing skiing - we have skied all over the world and Courchevel and St Anton really are world class. We believe that your chalet in the Alps is your home from home so we ensure every possible comfort is provided for you. Each property has a unique character with high levels of comfort, many with saunas, hot tubs, log fires and all with prime locations within your preferred resort.
Your dedicated chalet team are on hand to ensure your experience within the chalet is exactly as you want and your comfort is always their priority. We only employ staff with a genuine approach to customer service and invest in their ongoing training to bring out the best from them as a team. Committed to providing you with the highest levels of service, they will be as visible or as discrete as you wish. Your chalet manager is your concierge in the mountains on hand to make arrangements and suggestions. They will visit you regularly in your chalet during your stay to ensure you and your guests get the most from your holiday.

Childcare services in resort:
We have established good relationships with the childcare suppliers in our resorts and will be on hand to assist you if you wish to use these services. In our French resorts we can book nannies for you, for the week, who will come to your chalet each day and look after your children and even collect them from ski school for you. In St Anton there is no official nanny service but the ski school runs a fantastic kindergarten and takes children who are out of nappies. The tourist office can also provide a list of local babysitters if your children are a little too young for this.
