What our customers say..
"The staff have been fab, the chalet excellent and in a brilliant location. We thought the food was amazing and driver service brilliant – spot on!"
Mr T Buxton, April 2010
Built in rugged wood and stone, with a timber balcony running around two sides, Chalet Perrier is the perfect Alpine hideaway from first sight.
Its unrivalled position among snow-covered pine trees, looking out over a white-shrouded forest above the village of Courchevel 1850, is delightful – and the skiing is less than a minute away.
As you step inside, the mellow feeling of being at one with the mountains is only enhanced by the beautiful exposed beams and open fireplace in this charming Savoyardstyle chalet.
It’s a good size, sleeping up to 14 over four floors. The expansive dining area is light and airy – and the large windows make the most of those stupendous views. As you linger over dinner you can gaze at the snow on the forest branches sparkling in the moonlight, as well as the lights of the village below.
The open-plan kitchen adds to the party atmosphere and makes it even easier to interact with the chalet hosts – as well as getting your taste buds going as dinner is being prepared.
All Chalet Perrier’s bedrooms have en-suite facilities, with every comfort you could need – bathrobes, slippers and hairdryers, feather pillows and duvets and Aromatherapy Associates products.
A super recent addition is a separate television room, where we’ve found children often like to retreat to after dinner to enjoy a DVD, leaving parents to chat over the cheese and port.
On the practical side, there is a ski room with heated boot racks – there’s nothing like having nice warm ski boots to put on in the morning. And Chalet Perrier’s position means each morning you can be skiing in moments, with the Chenus and Loze Rouge pistes virtually on the chalet’s doorstep – with the whole of the mouth-watering Three Valleys network yours to explore.
